Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy uses a patient-centred approach to assess and treat pain, injuries, conditions, and movement dysfunctions. Pre- and post-natal patients can benefit from decreased pain and improved quality of life, allowing them to get back to regular activities.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy is an evidence-based approach that involves the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues. These components work together for bowel/bladder function, sexual health, and the stabilization of our pelvic, hip and lower back regions.
