Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Restore Pelvic Health and Function

Pelvic floor physiotherapy involves the assessment and treatment of conditions involving the pelvic floor muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues. These components work together to provide support to our pelvic organs, help with bladder and bowel control and contribute to our sexual function. Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect all genders and may result in symptoms like pain, incontinence and discomfort. After assessing and diagnosing your concerns and screening for possible medical considerations, your physiotherapist will provide treatment, education, and guidance to decrease pain and discomfort and increase function.
