Meghan started practicing 7 years ago as a new way to stretch to replace the dance classes she could no longer take. As her practice deepened she started to notice little changes in herself, her thought patterns and the way she treated her body. Yoga began to shift from a “stretch” to a practice of self discovery. This is a life long practice. As a teacher, and forever a student of yoga, she will continue to share what she’s learn on her own path and guide her students as best as she can along their own journey of self discovery.
